  I made an appointment at the Corte Madera AT&T Store for 12pm on a weekday to hopefully minimize the wait time. That didn't matter. With virtually NOBODY in the store, I was told I needed to "be patient" when I asked about my appointment at 12:10pm. Really? I'm 53 years old. And I was told to "be patient" by the guy in charge of customer service. The bad customer service didn't get any better. That lovely attitude of the AT&T Customer Service Rep spilled over and just kept on spilling. I was told that this was likely a "communication problem" and that I must have somehow created this problem. Where do they get these people? He didn't even know what the problem was. He was merely switching out the sim card. I spent 4 hours on the phone last night with AT&T after they gave me the wrong phone number. I was pretty damn patient. After all, stuff happens. BUT the Corte Madera customer service rep trying unsuccessfully to tell me that this was my fault? Simply amazing. I didn't ask for his opinion. What a horrible employee. That's customer service at the Corte Madera AT&T.
