  Had a horrible experience returning some dishes that I had received from my wedding registry with a woman who was very rude and looked at me like I stole them and was now trying to get money for it. They had been out of the box but not used. Rushed away from that lady with my refund (or what little she did let me return), since I was actually there to make an exchange. Experience was redeemed when I went to purchase the replacements and that cashier was helpful and friendly. Still disappointed in the training and overall return policy.
